Before you choose to use the GigPay Africa service, please read the terms of this service carefully to fully understand the rights and obligations you will have in the course of using this service. By the time you officially create an account on any of our Services, you are fully aware of and agree to accept all of the terms of this Terms of Service. Your continued access to or use of any portion of the GigPay Africa Services is deemed to be your consent to be bound by these Terms.
By registering and opening this service, you have confirmed that the identity information provided (hereinafter referred to as the registration information) is your true and accurate identity information, and you guarantee that all registration materials are your latest information. And you have authorized Gig Pay and relevant regulatory authorities to verify the registration information you provided. GigPay Africa will have the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service due to deviations in the content of the registration materials provided by you, and any direct or indirect losses and expenses incurred by you will be borne by you. GigPay Africa reserves the right to ask you for additional information about you or your business, including but not limited to your relevant transaction data and payment confirmation from a specific payer. Failure to provide any information requested by Gig Pay may result in GigPay Africa denying your use of the Any service of GigPay Africa.
Your user's basic information (including but not limited to ID card number, mobile phone number, bank account number, etc.), if necessary, please modify it in time. If the basic information is not updated in time, the operation of the service cannot be completed successfully or an error occurs. All consequences and liabilities arising therefore will be borne by you. You may not use this as a reason for canceling the user account operation or taking other improper actions. .
You should use the Service in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of Ghana/International, and you should not use the Service for any purpose that is contrary to laws and regulations. You agree that GigPay Africa reserves the right to suspend or terminate the use of your account in accordance with the independent judgment of Gig Pay when it is found that the account operation is abnormal or the use of funds is illegal. GigPay Africa will notify you in time after suspending or terminating the Service, and you may appeal to Gig Pay upon notification. After reviewing your appeal, GigPay Africa believes that suspending or terminating the use of your account is incorrect and will restore your account. You have also agreed that the judgment and discovery of abnormal account operations or illegal use of funds does not constitute an obligation and responsibility of GigPay Africa.
Account Creation
Creating your own User Account may require you to use multiple methods of authentication or verification, and depending on the specific Service provided, may require you to complete our Compliance Program. You agree and understand that you are solely responsible for managing and maintaining the security of any information relating to your login credentials and agree that GigPay Africa will not be held responsible (and you will not hold us responsible) for any unauthorized access to the Services or any resulting harm you may suffer. You agree that you will not permit access to your login credentials to any other party and will not hold Gig Pay responsible for any actions taken by individuals unauthorized to access your User Account.
